Khaya Umdani is situated in Marloth Park, a conservancy area with wildlife walking free among the houses. Marloth Park lies just South of Kruger National Park, sharing a border along the Crocodile River. Marloth Park operates as a small town, with two general dealers from which one can buy a few basic necessities like food and wood. The towns Malelane, Hectorspruit and Komatipoort are all within an hour's drive. |

To the North-West of Marloth Park you'll find Witrivier, Hazyview and Sabie - all popular tourist destinations well worth a visit. Each town has its own speciality:

- Sabie offers great adventure sports and outdoor activities.
- The borders to Mocambique and Swaziland are not far from Khaya Umdani, the closest being Komatipoort Border Post between Mocambique and South Africa, less than half an hour's drive away.

Rates for 2009 are R300 per person per night with a minimum of R1000 per day for the lodge.
