The etching System
The etching system that we use is only available to Fix-a-bath that gave us the edge over other competitors.
By applying our special etch to any ceramic or porcelain surface, it provides a clinically prepared surface, rough enough for just about any suitable coating with no adhesion failure.
Our etching systems preparation process is a much cleaner process creating no dust while preparing surfaces. The etching also removes all mildew, fungi, soap scum, fatty deposits and any other contaminants from the prepared surface.
One of our major challenges that we faced was that our compressed air in our mobile spraying units condensates which caused us some problems. So Fix-a-bath developed an inline water separating system that performs perfectly under all circumstances and weather conditions.
