DINING
Walkersons dining is a celebration of the senses and skilled chefs, demanding only the freshest ingredients, craft exquisite dishes.
Our culinary journey introduces a variety of courses and sorbets in the fireside intimacy of the dining room, where guests are invited to select a bottle of wine from our vintage collection, before being tempted by our signature dishes, roast duck with a black cherry sauce and rainbow trout.
A medley of fresh fruit precedes steaming creamy oats, prepared with just enough whiskey, before a delicious English breakfast, all savoured in the crisp morning air on the sun drenched patio.
You may wish to order a picnic basket packed with the chefs delights and a chilled chardonnay and settle down at the waterfall gazing up as clouds drift across the valley.
The harmonious and romantic environment is rounded off with a roaring log fire on most evenings. |
