Auto Magic™ identified a niche in the often “negative perception” associated with the repair industry. In 1997 a pilot operation for “fast repairs” was opened in Benoni specialising in bolt on/off panel replacement as well as guaranteed repairs to scratches, scuffs,
bumper, rust spots, dents and hail damage.

AUTO MAGIC ™ outlets have been designed to steer away from the traditional “grudge” experience of patronising a panel beater to a more exciting and welcoming retail experience. The “look” of the outlets is clinical, clean and upmarket. The target market for AUTO MAGIC ™ includes
Insurance companies, new and used motor dealerships, retail (private vehicle owners), corporate (fleet owners) and car rental companies.

specified by the manufacturer. All parts used are covered by the respective suppliers' guarantee.

If the repair is not to the customer's satisfaction, we'll do it over. If the customer is still not satisfied, we will not charge a cent!
